Ishaq As a formulator of nutritional supplements and sports nutrition products, I have collection of hundreds of books and magazines on nutrition. I thought that this book is a reference point, excellent sports nutrition. It is concise, easy to understand and fill out the "need to know" information that will give you the truth about the ingredients and products are available in your sports nutrition and health food stores. Very valuable to the athlete eager to Bari Jawed This book contains very useful information about the supplements that athletes often. I am currently in the process of training for my next triathlon and have a lot of information in this book very valuable. My training consists of swimming, cycling, running and lifting, and is very difficult to determine the exact additions needed to find to support this scheme. Adele Jalali and have a very technical information and translated into terms comprehensible to people who do not have a biology / chemistry based educational background, to communicate without the details of how the human body with respect to the data supplement.
