Chuck Stockdale The first thing that struck me reading this book is that the author proposes ten specific supplements as cures for some of the most serious problems of health challenges we face today, such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, obesity and insomnia. When I say accurate I mean that the mark is given, the dosage where to buy it, and a certificate of laboratory analysis certificate is also included in the website for each book. I found that this is a stark contrast to other books on dietary supplements to provide that much information and leave the reader more confused than ever have read the book. The next thing that impressed me is that the effectiveness of each supplement is verified by science based on evidence rather than hype and unsubstantiated claims.
