By foodie This book is a must for both enthusiasts and professionals in the sports nutrition and personal training fields have. This is my "go to bible" of supplements, though I'm happy for my own personal use or to create a plan for a client. The book is clear, concise and chockful important information that you can not necessarily provided in the appendix. I love the author's approach in the reader "the good, the bad and the ugly" and on the individual supplements. 1 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Must have book for all supplements!
