A brilliant book especially for those with mental / emotional challenges By Carol Burgess I feel this fabulous book should have had a different title to include men, as most of the recommendations would work equally well for men, as well as women. I also feel the title should have mentioned something about natural solutions for depression, insomnia, etc. because millions of people are using drugs with nasty side-effects and horrific withdrawals for these problems and are therefore needlessly suffering immeasurably. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful.
