By Sheila White was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis and wanted to go deeper because I was going at such a young age of 47. I was limping and the doctor said I might need a hip replacement. I was devistated! I found this book The Complete Guide to vitamins, herbs and supplements Everything you need for good health! I started practicing the regiment of osteoarthritis and now my limp is gone! No more pain! I can climb stairs without pain! The regiment began on Thursday and the next day the pain was gone and I had begun to limp disipate! It has now been 3 weeks and I am free of pain and my foot is normal. I did years ago I was diagnosed with a vitimin and mineral deficiency, it was recalled, and it will just clicked to try this book and it worked!
